Starting A Company?
Is Now The Right Time?

Are you starting a company of your own? Do you have what it takes to be your own boss? Let's find out....

  • When your skills are in demand and your boss can’t afford to lose you. If you know of a lot of companies that need people with your abilities, it may be an great time to start your own consulting or service company.
  • You’ve developed new skills, interests, or contacts. Or maybe you've gone back to school or finished a training program. You might have pursued a hobby or been exposed to a part of the business world that interests you.
  • When the economy is hot, it’s a great time to start a new business. Investors have more money, customers have more money, which gives you more money to put back in to your business. It's also easier to get financing and to secure sales.
  • When the economy is cold, or if you’ve been downsized, or if your employer is in trouble - you may have a lot less to lose by starting your own business.
  • Maybe you’re going through some life changes and it's the best time to start something new. You may be experiencing a turning point in your life, such as when you’ve just moved, finished school, lost a family member. Just be careful that you don't overextend yourself emotionally and financially.
  • Can’t stand your job? Frustrated by the rush hour commute? Hate your boss? The timing is right to start your own company. Some of the most successful entrepreneurs can’t stand working for other people.
  • If being in your own business is your life-long dream, and you and your family can handle the financial insecurities, then perhaps now is the time.

Life is short; what are you waiting for?
